Arlene Teti

Arlene is a seasoned global HR executive, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Portage Mutual Insurance. Her extensive experience includes senior HR roles at GreenShield, the University of Guelph, the Municipality of York Region, the Canadian Cancer Society, Aviva Insurance, and Revlon Consumer Products Inc., where she spearheaded impactful initiatives in leadership development, cultural transformation, and DEI. She attended Simon Fraser University for a Bachelor of Business Administration and has earned advanced certifications from institutions like Oxford University, Rotman, and PROSCI. Outside of her professional endeavors, Arlene enjoys traveling, photography, cooking and walks with her dog Ella.
