Support Groups

At Lighthouse, we realize that everyone grieves differently and in their own time. For this reason, Lighthouse groups are ongoing and open-ended. Families can stay with the Lighthouse community for as long as they need, to actively explore their grief with no time limits.

Lighthouse peer support groups are offered for children and youth ages 3-19 years old, at no cost to families. Grief-related themes are explored through talk circles, games, expressive arts activities, and play, led by professional staff and trained volunteers.

Lighthouse also offers online support groups for those who cannot attend in person or who would prefer to participate from home.
