Reena Bains

Reena is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in global markets, where she has developed and applied best practices across diverse cultural and organizational environments. Her expertise includes global human resources strategy, change management, and organizational culture, with a strong focus on employee engagement and leadership development. She holds an Honor’s Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Human Resource Management Certification from Humber College, and Executive Women in Leadership Certification from Cornell University. Reena also holds both the CHRP and CHRL professional designations from the HRPA.

Reena’s dedication to grief support is deeply personal. After losing her husband in 2015, she experienced firsthand the profound impact of grief and the importance of having accessible and compassionate support, both for herself and for her two children. This personal experience fuels her commitment to helping children and families navigate grief with care, dignity, and community.
