Grief in the wake of a death can be a difficult time of change and uncertainty for children and youth. The Lighthouse provides a community of support for those who have experienced a life-changing death, as well as education and training for the greater communities that want to learn how to support a grieving family.
The Lighthouse has the feel of a family home to help children and youth feel at ease and relaxed. It is a safe supportive place where people can build a community to support each other in their grief, in whatever way they choose. Each room at The Lighthouse helps families along their healing journey, there are many places to chat, play, process, or just be with others who understand. Take a look!
