Parents and caregivers of children and youth who attend a peer support group at The Lighthouse, are invited to participate in the concurrent adult peer support group. There, parents and caregivers have a safe and private space to give attention to their own grief, explore the challenges and changes in the wake of a death with other grieving parents, and learn more about how children grieve and ways they can support them. Each person grieves in their own way.
