Loss of a family member can be a very confusing and painful experience for a child. Valentina is no different. She loved spending time with her Grandma. One day, Mom has to explain that Grandma has passed away, and Valentina has so many questions: “And with the help of her elephant friend, she is able to come to understand that even though her Grandma is out of sight, she will always be by her side, in her heart and in her memories.
