Ashley Shalmoni (she/her) is an equity, diversity, and inclusion researcher and educator pursuing a PhD at York University. Her work focuses on gender equity, intersectionality, and addressing systemic inequities in healthcare and academic settings. Through her research, teaching, and advocacy work, she is committed to advancing social justice, challenging systemic barriers, and promoting equity through community engagement. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys reading and playing with her cat.
