Caitlyn McComb oversees Lighthouse’s programs and services, working closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure children, youth, and families have access to compassionate and meaningful grief support. She is passionate about creating spaces where children and youth can express their experiences of loss, connect with others, and feel less alone in their grief.
Caitlyn brings a strong background in community-based program development and partnership building. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside communities to design and expand programs that respond to emerging needs, grounded in meeting people where they are, and approaching the work through a culturally humble lens.
At Lighthouse, Caitlyn is committed to strengthening programs, expanding community partnerships, and helping ensure that every child and family who walks through the door feels supported as they navigate their grief.
