Jason Dockeray

With a background spanning over two decades in non-profit leadership, Jason is a dynamic force known for his creative ingenuity and unwavering dedication to children, youth, and families. As the head of the Lighthouse service delivery team, he skillfully guides both staff and volunteers, orchestrates community education ventures, and spearheads training initiatives. Holding a master’s degree from the University of Guelph, Jason’s passion for personal and professional development is palpable. His enthusiasm is matched only by his excitement in joining the exceptional Lighthouse team, where he’s set to fuel growth and foster community connections. When not working alongside the gifted Lighthouse team, Jason finds joy in his life in Toronto alongside his wife and two children.
