Carmela Sanders

Carmela is a Human Resources Manager for a Non-profit in the GTA. She enjoys working in an innovative and fast paced environment providing creative and flexible solutions to help meet the organization’s needs. She started her career in social work and continues to work in the sector due to her passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management, from McMaster University and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). Carmela enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends and taking long walks by the water.
