Denise Grondin

Denise is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of HR experience working across many different sectors including professional services, investment management, fuel distribution, and financial services.  She holds the Certified Human Resources Leadership designation, is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg (Human Resource Management Diploma) and the University of Waterloo (BA).  Denise has a reputation of building high performance teams and producing award winning results on both an individual and team level.  She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and was a board member with the Oakville Literacy Council.  Denise is a passionate lifelong learner and enjoys hiking, cooking and reading.  Denise lives in Oakville with her husband of 36 years and has two adult children.  She is currently enjoying spending time with her new granddaughter.
