Jason Dockeray leads a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate peer support to children, youth, and families grieving the death of a parent or sibling. With a deep passion for grief-informed care and a strong belief in the power of community, Jason sets the strategic vision for Lighthouse, ensuring its programs remain responsive, sustainable, and inclusive.

Prior to assuming this role, Jason served as the Director of Services at Lighthouse, where he helped shape programming, support facilitators, and foster meaningful connections with families. He brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, family support, and child-focused programming, and is known for his collaborative spirit and ability to build strong partnerships across diverse communities.

In all aspects of his leadership, Jason is driven by a commitment to ensure no child has to grieve alone.
