Lenna is a business consultant who brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Lenna has led significant transformational change initiatives, and her trailblazing reputation includes being Canada’s first female chief of police. Lenna has been involved not-for-profit board work for many years with a focus on governance and human resources. Her interest in organizations that support community and individual development drew her to The Lighthouse given its mission to support grieving children and their families. Lenna is a recipient of the Top 40 Under 40 award and Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University at the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University. Lenna lives in Oakville with her husband and daughter.
