Melesha Kelman

Melesha is an HR and IDEA professional who is currently the Manager, Benefits, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Bay Street firm, Stikeman Elliott LLP. Melesha is passionate about helping to develop IDEA foundations through programs and initiatives that drive long-term, sustainable results and meaningful community engagement. Melesha was born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Mississauga and is a mom of two daughters who have spent countless hours training in the disciplines of dance and competitive cheer in Oakville.
