Melissa Gaston

Melissa is a former lawyer, now consultant who works with law firms and legal departments with legal process improvement, including implementing legal technology, strategic planning, and knowledge management initiatives. In a nutshell, she helps law firms and legal departments organize themselves and efficiently deliver their services. Her life experience most relevant to Lighthouse, however, is that her husband, Ellis, died in 2015. Melissa and her two children became Lighthouse attendees that year. She’s delighted to give back to an organization that gave them so much.
