Shawna Dennis

I first heard about Lighthouse years ago from a friend that volunteered there. Lighthouse came up again a couple of years ago through another friend and I jumped at the opportunity to lend my expertise to a meaningful cause. After two years on the Marketing committee, I am honoured and humbled to join the board. I look forward to contributing to the community and helping ensure children and youth have an outlet through which they can help manage their grief. On a personal note, I am married with two children and a dog. We live in Burlington and I spend many of my non-working hours either at the dojo (where my son does karate and I do kickboxing) or up at the stable watching my daughter ride horses. I am an avid reader, shoe addict and lover of a good glass of wine.
