Sonja Smith

Sonja is the Talent Management Specialist at Stikeman Elliott LLP where she manages all aspects of the associate program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and performance management. She also oversees the office’s community involvement program. As a teenager, Sonja lost her father from a long-term illness and can relate to the processes of grief as a young adult. In her spare time, Sonja enjoys discovering new places with her partner, and spending time with their rescue dog and family. She is also an avid runner who has completed half and full marathons in Germany, Jamaica and the USA.
