Groups are made up of others around the same age who also have a family member or friend who has died. There’s time to talk, play games, do arts & crafts, or just hang out. Talking with others who are going through the same thing can help us start to make sense of death and grief and all our feelings, and to be with people who really understand.
In addition to our online Tween and Teen groups highlighted in the video we offer in-person groups for those who are able to make it out to our physical location in Oakville.
