Light Heavy Light is an original three act production by JJ Dance Arts, bringing together professional performers, song and dance to explore how a shift in perspective can open space for compassion, connection and gratitude. Created in support of The Lighthouse for Grieving Children and Families, the show honours young people navigating the death of someone they love and helps sustain free peer grief support. Come for a moving, visually rich performance; leave with a renewed sense of how we show up for one another.
All proceeds will be donated to Lighthouse for Grieving Children and Families, an Oakville-based charity that provides free, peer grief support groups for children and their families.
